I'm a medical doctor who spent twenty years in global pharmaceutical and biotech leadership, and I now work as a coach.
My career took me through Romania, Switzerland, Norway, the Czech Republic and Canada, in senior medical roles. It was, by any external measure, going well. It was also unsustainable, and it took me longer than it should have to admit that.
What I do now comes directly out of that. I work with on building wellbeing into how people actually work, and with at the point where their career and their life stop fitting together.
