Career and life transitions
There is a point many senior people reach where the question stops being how to get ahead and becomes something harder: is this still the life I want?
It usually arrives quietly, alongside a career that looks successful from outside. It rarely resolves by thinking harder about it alone.

I've been through this
I spent twenty years in global pharma and biotech leadership, in senior roles across five countries. Then I left and built something different.
I'm not going to tell you that leaving is the answer. Sometimes it is. Often the answer is staying, differently — with different boundaries, a different role, or a different relationship to the work. What I won't do is arrive with the conclusion already decided.
Who this is for
Senior professionals and leaders, particularly in healthcare, life sciences and other high-pressure industries, who are:
- Questioning whether the career they built is still the right one
- Recovering from burnout and deciding what comes next
- Facing a transition — a restructure, an exit, a new role, a move
- Successful by every external measure and unsettled by it
How the work goes
Structured 1:1 coaching over an agreed period. We start with what's actually happening, not with a framework. Sessions are practical and specific. Because of my medical background, we can also work directly with the physical side — sleep, energy, stress load — which is usually part of the picture and usually ignored.
